What’s the quickest way to earn rewards?There are 3 ways to earn your Libran Beauty rewards: Book an appointment in studio without canceling or rescheduling Choosing a Bundle plus or choosing a Bundle Plus option to earn the most points Refer a friend or family member, earn referral points

When I refer a friend or a family member, how do I make sure I get the referral points?As long as your friend or family member provides your name at the time of booking, you’ll receive the referral points. So make sure your friend/family member mentions your name in their intake form.

Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?Nope, you can earn as many points as you like. Collect points to earn a free service, or spread them throughout several beauty appointments. It’s entirely up to you.

Do the points expire?That depends. The points you earn through the 4 ways outlined above, do not expire. Neither do points gifted to you from Libran Beauty. However, promotional points do expire. And don’t worry, we’ll let you know if the points you’re receiving are promotional and when they are set to expire.

What’s the value of my Libran Beauty points?100 points = $3 redeemable credits. This means for every 100 points earned, you receive a $3 credit that can go to any upcoming appointment you choose

Is there a minimum of points I need to earn in order to redeem them?Yes, the minimum is 100 points and can only be used for future appointments. This means if you reach 100 points after just receiving a service, you’ll be able to use those points on your next scheduled appointment, not the same day.

Can points be redeemed for cash or credit?No, points are NOT cash redeemable, nor can they be used for gratuity, or gift certificates.

Can clients spread out their points across multiple services through several different appointments?Absolutely!!!
